Overview
PromptPilot is a smart platform built to help creators, AI enthusiasts, and prompt engineers showcase, organize, and share their AI-generated outputs through dynamic visual portfolios. The client wanted a clean, intuitive interface to appeal to a broad audience—from solo creators to enterprise users.
Our goal was to build a site that feels as powerful and modular as the product itself, while staying extremely simple to use.
Research & Strategy
We explored existing portfolio tools and community platforms like Dribbble, Notion, and Replit to identify what worked well for showcasing technical content. A major insight was that AI professionals needed flexibility, speed, and clarity—a site that adapts to rapid iteration cycles.
Core Strategy Goals:
Position PromptPilot as the go-to tool for AI creators
Enable immediate comprehension through visual storytelling
Show practical use cases for different audiences (individuals, teams, educators)
Design & Development
We went with a clean, glass-inspired aesthetic—using transparent panels, minimal shadows, and monochrome layouts to emphasize user-generated content. The design encourages exploration without overwhelming the viewer.
UX Highlights:
Focused case study blocks
Interactive prompt previews
Demo project gallery with CMS back-end
Tech & Implementation:
Built using Framer for rapid visual iterations
Connected to Notion CMS for dynamic content management
Interactive tiles with hover effects built using React + Framer Motion
Key Features
Live Prompt Displays with modal previews
Profile Showcase Templates
Drag-and-Drop Sorting (simulated in Framer)
CMS Integration for Quick Publishing
Outcomes
PromptPilot’s beta release attracted over 1,200 AI creators in its first week, with heavy praise for its clean design and ease of use. The CMS flexibility helped teams build portfolios without needing a dev team, and it has since been adopted in several AI learning communities.
Tech Stack
Framer, React, Notion API, Tailwind CSS, Vercel
Problem Occurred During Execution.
NovaAI’s initial web presence lacked structure, clarity, and impact. The brand needed a compelling landing page that could effectively explain the product, generate beta sign-ups, and establish credibility among early users and potential investors.
Challenges Identified:
Unclear product positioning and messaging
No visual hierarchy or design consistency
Low mobile responsiveness and poor performance
Absence of SEO and lead capture elements
Strategic Solution
I stepped in to create a polished, responsive, and conversion-optimized SaaS website using modern tools and design principles.
Key Actions Taken:
Built a dynamic, mobile-first layout using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Integrated Framer Motion for smooth animations and user engagement
Developed reusable, scalable UI components
Deployed to Vercel with CI/CD, image optimization, and caching
Added lead capture via beta access form with validation
Improved SEO and accessibility for better discoverability
Takeaways
This project highlighted the importance of simplicity and elegance when building tools for fast-moving creator markets. With PromptPilot, we crafted a visual identity and experience that puts the user’s work front and center.
