NovaAI is a conversational AI chatbot tailored for e-commerce platforms. It empowers brands to automate customer support, streamline product discovery, and boost conversions—all through intelligent, real-time chat experiences.
The team at NovaAI needed a high-conversion landing page that demonstrated the bot’s capabilities through interaction, clarity, and trust. Our mission was to craft a design that speaks directly to e-commerce brands and developers looking to integrate AI seamlessly into their stores.
Research & Strategy
We started by exploring how AI is being leveraged in e-commerce—studying leading platforms like Zendesk, Re:amaze, and Drift. We also analyzed user behavior in e-commerce contexts, identifying that clarity, speed, and frictionless onboarding were essential to drive adoption.

Design & Development
We chose a bold, futuristic aesthetic with electric gradients and clean, legible typography. The layout focuses on bite-sized feature cards, vertical storytelling, and interactive chatbot flows. The brand feel blends performance with cutting-edge AI.
