LumeBot is an AI-powered chatbot platform designed specifically for e-commerce businesses. It helps brands deliver instant, intelligent responses to customers—from product queries to order tracking—24/7. The team behind LumeBot wanted a landing page that not only explains the product but demonstrates its capability through live, interactive components.
Our role was to design and build a fast, clean, and engaging marketing website that inspires trust and drives conversions.
Research & Strategy
We studied the UX of top support automation platforms like Gorgias, Tidio, and Intercom, identifying how they communicate AI value to store owners and customer service teams.

Clearly explain how LumeBot fits into the e-commerce workflow
Make AI interactions feel helpful and human, not robotic
Drive demo requests and app installs through strategic CTAs

The visual direction leaned toward trust and tech-forward clarity. We used vibrant accents of cobalt blue and electric yellow against a neutral base to highlight key actions. Strong iconography, real-time demo modules, and minimal layout distractions ensured focus stayed on LumeBot’s capabilities.
